Grain de Sel proposed, initiated and now also animates a Think-Tank to which belong 7 of the most important Parisian Event Management and Catering companies since March 2017. Named TEP in abbreviation of Traiteurs Evénementiels de Paris and hosted since October 2017 by their professional syndicate as part of its branch covering the Prestigious Event Venues as Palace or starred Chefs. The member companies Potel et Chabot, Lenôtre, Butard Enescot, Saint Clair, Dalloyau, Fleur de Mets and Kaspia wished to gather together their experiences in Event Management. They elaborate and implement the terms of a Charter that aims to improve the services and the transparency delivered to their clients, whilst respecting at the same time the ethics of a sustainable attitude amongst the actors of the industry, and this starting by their clients and employees.
